Terms of service

General

  • We are Christian based.
  • 9 Lessons per term, unless the Gauteng school term is shorter.
  • No lessons during school holidays and public holidays.
  • Should you wish to discontinue Music Minds, one calendar months’ notice is required.
  • No payment received means your child won’t be able to participate in the lessons.
  • The Music Minds Educator cannot be held accountable for a child’s absence. If a child is unable to attend a lesson that lesson will be forfeited.
  • In the event of a Music Minds Educator being unable to give a lesson, you will be notified and an alternative lesson time will be arranged.
  • You irrevocably indemnify Music Minds and/or the Music Minds Educator, against any liability whatsoever, in respect of any injury that may be sustained by my child because of participating in the Music Minds program.

The Activity provides the Parents with an infrastructure which the Employee agrees to use responsibly.

Labour laws and practical arrangements require that the Company collect personal information from the parents, which herewith consents to the collection, dissemination, and destruction of the personal information.
